Now Hiring - Sales/Marketing Director - Regency Park Oak Knoll in Pasadena, CA

Seeking an exceptional marketing professional for the premier Memory Care community in Pasadena. Located minutes from Old Town, Regency Park Oak Knoll is dedicated entirely to caring for residents with early or later stage memory loss.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of marketing and leasing efforts including: Generating and promptly responding to inquiries; ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up; facilitating training and in-servicing of community staff in handling inquiry calls and walk-in tours; presenting extraordinary tour experiences; building and maintaining strong relationships with potential residents and family members; coordinating the move-in process, including assisting with required paperwork; guaranteeing smooth and easy transition with administrative, wellness, dining and housekeeping/maintenance managers; doing outreach and meeting with healthcare professionals and other potential referral sources; arranging marketing events both inside and outside the community; managing the community’s marketing budget; timely and accurately maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database as well as preparing activity reports for senior management; and monitoring the market and the competition.

The qualified candidate will have five plus (5+) years of experience in assisted living and/or memory care marketing and leasing, with a proven track record. Must have high degree of empathy and maturity, possess communication and strong customer service skills, respond to inquiries in real time, and are able to work one weekend day.

Regency Park offers highly competitive compensation including base salary, move-in and retention commissions, and holiday bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, and free daily meals.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
